Roberta has worked extensively in sales, administration and account management. With a keen interest in leadership development she provides key analysis and research management enabling clients progress their development plans.

With over ten years experience in managing community based programming in a local authority context Tony has gained a diverse range of skills in strategy development, facilitation and evaluation. Tony's innovative approaches have gained him recognition from both the Government and community sector in Northern Ireland and beyond. He is highly experienced in developing community led responses to challenging situations.
